Western Diagnostic commisioned a new facility to be constructed at Jandakot Airport.

ADG Civil group were presented with the challenge of splitting the front carpark length in 2 parts to allow the main sewer connection to run into the site and connect all plumbing fixtures within the building amenities and testing laboratories.

Tunnelwell was ideally suited to the challenges posed by the stormwater drainage requirements of the site.

The Tunnelwell® Arch System simply installs on compacted excavated ground as shown. It requires no geotextile fabrics or crushed rock stabiliser base as seen from this picture. The time saved here is significant for the installing contractors. Once the arches are all installed and backfill commences it is almost completed. The 50m run along the front car park (pictured) was assembled in less than 1 hour and then backfill commenced.

This project was installed by Eltech Services Pty Ltd. Eltech Services have had an association with Tunnelwell® since 2017 and were trained to install the Tunnelwell® Arch System and are a certified installer. Paul Screaigh, the licensed plumber for Eltech Services was first introduced to Tunnelwell® back in 2015. He saw then the advantages which Tunnelwell® presented and when he undertook his first installation to be certified, he was excited about how easy it was and how much time it saved his team instead of using products with geotextile cloths and crushed rock support. Paul is now an advocate for the Tunnelwell® Arch Systems.
